Childhood:
Nikki Cox was born June 2, 1978, in Los Angeles, California. Her interest in showbiz began from a passion for dance. Nikki was very much interested in making dance as a career. She was discovered by an agent while taking a dance class. Despite her parents uncertainty she started her dance career.
Career:
Nikki’s professional debut came in the comedy film Mac and Me in 1988. She also put her best foot in the Joffrey Ballet and a Los Angeles Music Center Ballet Tour. She also danced for Michael Jackson’s Moonwalker, Paula Abdul’s “Forever Your Girl”, and in the MTV Awards. Then the young dancer stepped into the small screen as a guest role in mama’s Family, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Night Court, Murphy Brown, Baywatch, Eerie, Indiana, California dreams, and blossom. By this time she became a household name that everybody remembers. Apart from small screen she could also be seen on the silver screen in the movie like Terminator 2: judgment Day.
Her major break came in the year 1995, when she plays a role of Tiffany Malloy in the Married with Children- Esque sitcom, Unhappily Ever After. After appearing in many roles and series she landed up in a role in the summer 2000 comedy, Nutty Professor II: The Klumps, as Ms. Stamos.
Nikki was cast in her own Television show on the coveted network. As a Vegas showgirl, she got an opportunity to discover herself on singing and dancing platform.
No stranger to offbeat shows, Nikki couldn't be happier about her new gig and everything it offers -- Vegas, here we come!
Personality:
Nikki Cox's talent has never been the primary reason for any of her auditions, but that's mainly because she's never been in a role that has pushed her artistic abilities as an actor beyond mostly "bend over" shots. Basically, Nikki has been stereotyped for airhead roles. She's only 22 though, and her career is just getting started, with plenty of time to prove casting agents wrong. The strange thing is that she was discovered by a prominent dance agent, she actually studied ballet and wanted to be a dancer before God gave her the gift of a large chest cavity that forced her dream of being a dancer to be replaced with that of being an actress.
Nikki Cox is not new to the television she has been around the stardom for a pretty long time. She was one of the guest spots on A-list shows, to a regular stint on ABC's Norm to her own show now on the WB called Nikki. Along the way, Nikki has been picking up countless fans, no doubt helped by her considerable "assets" that TV producers have no problem augmenting.
On her sex appeal Nikki Cox has some of the nicest cleavage this side of the Atlantic. And it’s not like we are looking (we are) because it's pretty obvious to anyone with two functional eyeballs. That must explain why she is one of the most sought after actresses on the Web. Then again, could her fame have something to do with the fact that her name sounds like something an adult film star would use?
On her personal front she is engaged to comedian Bobcat Goldthwait who voiced Mr. Floppy in Unhappily Ever After. Nikki Cox has been known for her fair share of cheesy outfits. Maybe she should use her new riches to expand her wardrobe beyond her Pretty Woman getups.
