Michelle Trachtenberg is no more a new name in the world of movies. Michelle started off her journey into the world of celluloid with television and soon beacme an active part of the big screen as well.
On TV the actress began her acting stint by doing some of the guest appearances on the Nickelodeon series, The Adventures of Pete and Pete as Nona Mecklenberg. As these shows continued, the actress also shifted on to day time soaps . Some of them are Lily Montgomery on All My Children.It was for a period for two years , that she continued acting on these projects.
It was in the year 1996, that Michelle bagged the first leading role of her life. It was the role of Harriet in the Nickelodeon movie, “Harriet the Spy”. Soon after this she Michelle was flooded with a number of oppurtunities to actand display her talent. She did a number of projects like TV movies, A Holiday for Love and A Father's Choice, the TV series Meego and was a recurring guest on the Nickelodeon game show, Figure It Out.
It was with the coming of the year 1999 , that Michelle got her big break into movies. This happenned with the role of Penny in the movie, Inspector Gadget and co-starred as Julie in Can't Be Heaven. Apart from this Michjelle's fans also enjoyed her work in Snow Days. With the arrival of the year 2000, Michelle bagged the role of Dawn on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
