Lucy Liu is a multitalented personality. Born in China and brought up in Usa, Lucy is well trained at acting, dancing, voice and martial arts. Such a long list of talents is accentuated by hobbies like playing the accordion and capturing nature in her camera. Lucy acquired her education from Stuyvesant H.S. and then graduated from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor with a major in Asian languages and cultures.
Her first acting gig came in shape of the lead role in Alice in Wonderland, in which she was supposed to assist in production.Apart from this , the major turn in her life came when she got an oppurtunity to act as Ling Woo on Fox’s hit series Ally Mcbeal in 1998. After this there was no looking back for the talented female. She continued to keep up with her remakable performances in movies like Payback , Shanghai Noon , Charlie's Angels, Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever , Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle , and Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill: Vol. 1.
