Krista Allen was born on 5th April, 1972, in Ventura, California. She was raised in Houston, Texas. When she was young her parents got divorced but later on they remarried. As a teenager, she has participated in many beauty pageants. She was crowned miss Texas once. This sort of interest led her into the glam world and she started working as a model. She modeled for the popular beer, which consisted of billboards, catalogs and calendars, Krista also became the "World Gym" spokes model while working as an aerobics instructor.
Krista got her big break with the help of her advisor, who insists her to appear for an audition of popular soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. There she won the part of a bikini waitress named Shelley. She then played a role of Emmanuelle for a 7 part movie series. She was told to throw all her shyness as the role required nudity with the co-star. Besides her TV role she was also busy in the role with comedian Jim Carrey. It was a minor role but memorable. She appeared as a busty lady in the elevator. She also appeared in the movie called Raven and Haunted Sea.
Krista was busy with her TV role or in a way there was a series of role for her such as the lead role in a made-for-TV movie titled Avalon: Beyond the Abyss, which was originally intended as a pilot for a sci-fi series. The pilot did not work properly but the Krista’s career took off. She was then cast in the Baywatch Hawaii for a mere 5 episodes, but was eventually added on as a regular in 1999.
She was engaged to a movie producer Justin Moritt in 1996, and the couple welcomed their son, Jacob Nolan, on July 12, 1997. But unfortunately the marriage broke down. After the release of the eighth edition of the Emmanuelle series, Krista was seen in bit parts in the films Sunset Strip, Totally Blonde and Face Value. And what a face it is.
