Thinking of internet babes makes you think of Cindy Margolis. She is the "Most Downloaded Woman on the Net" but even the lady herself admits that a large section of downloads comprise of her nude photographs which she never actually posed for. In fact she has sued a number of companies allegedly splicing her images by pasting her face on nude bodies and making people believe that it is Cindy who is doing that shot.
Cindy had launched a range of greeting cards and she found the best way to promote herself as well as the cards; she posed for the cards in her swimsuit. What’s more, the swim suit babe became a craze and her cards were also an instant hit.
Then she got noticed and swimsuit posters began being produced and sold like wildfire, which caused Extra! to do a feature on her, which afterwards they told viewers that more of her pictures were available on their website. She received a lot of attention on internet and immediately became the "Queen of the Internet."
Cindy launched her own website, Cindysworld.com which generated a lot of revenue for her. Once Cindy became popular, she knew that it was her one and only chance to make a good deal for herself. She appeared in bikini magazines such as Sport and Inside Sports swimsuit issues. After capturing internet and print magazine, Cindy moved on to rule the world of small screen. She appeared on Married With Children, Baywatch, Conan, Suddently Susan, Baywatch Nights, Shasta McNasty, a Hollywood Squares regular, and The Howard Stern Show. Cindy has recently taken a decision not to do a bikini shoot ever again. But many people claim that it is not the wisest decision to take as her bikini shots were the only reason people wanted to see her.
Born October 1, 1968, Margolis may be long in the tooth for a swimsuit model, which may explain her recent decision to not even get into a bikini, which her former friend, now advisary, Howard Stern, says was the only reason people wanted to see her. Before their falling out, she did promote The Cindy Margolis Show on his radio show and admitted that she's recently gotten a breast lift, likely as preparation for her new series. Unfortunately, Cindy's show has been widely criticized, with Ken Tucker lamenting, "Like so many TV shows designed to capitalize on someone who's made her fame in another medium, The Cindy Margolis Show doesn't seem to understand the nature of that person's appeal.
In Margolis' case, it's the fact that she's a curvy babe who comes on like the girl next door -- she doesn't do nudity, she seems likable, pleasant, polite. Everything, in other words, The Cindy Margolis Show is not." The show is produced by Burt Dubrow, who does The Sally-Jesse Raphael Show and Jerry Springer so that's a good indication of the direction of the show. Stern infuriated Cindy by saying much worse of the show, specifically that she's not good on camera and when she talks you have no idea what she's talking about. Additionally, Stern thinks Margolis is "whacked out of her skull" if she thinks her show is any good.
Her life partner Guy was a die hard fan of Margolis and wanted to date her ever since he saw her on The Cindy Margolis Show .He had tried several times to set up a date with Cindy but the lady always refused, even before seeing Guy. Then her previous manager worked really hard and somehow got Cindy to meet him. On their first date itself, they fell for each other.
She says “Becoming a mother is the greatest achievement and most humbling experience I've ever known. Being pregnant has been a time of such anticipation, optimism and dreaming... and fear, insecurity and self doubt... but I've never been happier! Having a baby is a true miracle.” Cindy She is also shooting a documentary of the same name with DreamWorks. Cindy loves children and animals and does a lot of charity work for their causes as well as for women related issues.
Cindy Margolis is the perfect example for people who want to start from rags and reach the top of the stairs. She is a self made woman who achieved everything on her own capability, she has no godfather in Hollywood, just a grit determination and an unsurpassable courage to move forward.
