50 Cent then did a number of mixed tapes with Sha Money XL  and some of these were compiled on Guess Who's Back? in 2002. These tapes made 50 a man of the masses, a rapper who sang among people , not above them. These mix-tape recordings (many of which were hosted by DJ Whoo Kid on CDs such as No Mercy, No Fear and Automatic Gunfire), earned the rapper an esteemed reputation on the streets of New York.
